Low-Literacy Adult ESL Study Circle II: Next Steps in Designing Balanced InstructionATLAS
This study circle is for teachers of low-literate Adult Basic Education ESL students – those with little or no first-language literacy. A follow-up to Low-Literacy Adult ESL Study Circle I, teachers explore relevant research and its implications for best practices in the classroom. The activity includes 3 face-to-face meetings of 3 hours each plus classroom-based reflection and peer observation.
